Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and Services to you.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website www.thewonderdesigner.com (the “Site”) and the digital products and services we offer (collectively, the “Services”). By using our Site or purchasing any of our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility

To use our Site and Services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or of legal age in your jurisdiction

  • Have the legal authority to enter into a binding contract

  • Use the Services in accordance with applicable laws

3. Digital Product Sales

We sell non-tangible, digital design templates. These are delivered electronically upon successful payment and downloaded by a singe user.
No physical goods are shipped.

Important Notes:

  • All products are final sale and non-refundable once downloaded (unless a claim for a refund meets the specific requirements of our Refund Policy).

  • It is your responsibility to ensure compatibility of files with your software and hardware before purchasing.

  • Digital products and templates are licensed with the intention for personal, single person usage, especially when purchased as an individual, freelancer or sole-trader. If purchased under a registered, legitimate business name you may use the templates within your design team in order to collaborate on presentations etc, but products may not be resold or redistributed as-is to any other party outside of your organisation (or to another user if purchased as an individual, freelancer or sole-trader). If you wish to share these templates with any other person outside of the above conditions, express written permission is required by us. 4. Pricing, Payments & VAT

  • All prices are listed in your local currency or USD/EUR equivalent and are subject to change without notice.

  • Payments are processed securely through third-party gateways like Stripe, PayPal and Shopify Payments.

  • UAE VAT (5%) will be applied to all purchases, where applicable, as required by the UAE Federal Tax Authority.

  • For sales outside of the UAE, taxes will be applied in accordance with the local tax regulations within the country of sale. 

It is your responsibility to comply with any laws applicable to taxes or duties imposed by your local government or region. You are required to input true company and personal information as well as location at checkout to allow for our system to correctly calculate any required taxes to be charged. Failure to do so may require you to make further payments to Wonder Nest Digital at a later date in order the Company to meet tax or VAT liabilities.

5. Delivery of Products

  • Upon successful payment, a download link will be provided immediately via the confirmation page and/or email.

  • If you do not receive your digital files as well as your invoice, please check your spam folder or contact help@thewonderdesigner.com within 24 hours.

  • We will do our best to respond timeously to queries, during normal office hours.

We are not liable for failed email delivery caused by issues beyond our control (e.g. incorrect email address, spam filters, or server outages).

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the instant and irrevocable access to digital content, we do not accept cancellations, returns, or refunds once a product has been downloaded or accessed (unless a claim for a refund meets the specific requirements of our Refunds Policy).

Exceptions may apply only in cases of:

  • Duplicate purchases

  • File corruption (prior to download), that we are unable to resolve

  • Inaccessibility due to system failure on our part, that we are unable to resolve

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this Site, including templates, text, graphics, and branding, is the intellectual property of Wonder Nest Digital F.Z.E, or its licensors.

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, or share digital templates

  • Claim them as your own work

  • Use them in a manner that violates our license terms

Unauthorized use may result in account termination and legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under UAE law, Wonder Nest Digital F.Z.E:

  • Is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services or digital products. The use of our digital products is at your own risk.

  • Does not guarantee that our digital files will meet your specific needs or work error-free with all third-party software.

  • Does not guarantee that the text, clauses and wording found within the digital products and templates will necessary meet the requirements of the specific laws and regulations that govern your jurisdiction. The purchaser and end-user/s of our digital products is solely responsible to ensure that the text, clauses and wording meets all requirements of the laws and regulations within their specific jurisdiction.

All content is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. You agree that it is your responsibility to carefully check all digital templates for errors or omissions, and to ensure that they fully comply with the laws and regulations pertaining to the jurisdiction in which their use is intended.

9. User Accounts

If you create an account with us, you are responsible for:

  • Keeping your credentials confidential

  • Restricting access to your device/account

  • Any activity under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

10. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts
  • Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity on our Site
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or hack the Site or digital files
